Orivendi brings exercise, food and everyday planning together. Your existing account and saved information remain the same.

Signing in

Use the same email address as your existing account. Request a code in the app and check your inbox and junk folder. Codes expire after 10 minutes and work once; requesting another code replaces the previous one. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and work once.

Our new web address is app.orivendi.com. You may need to sign in again when opening the new address. Existing accounts and saved information remain the same; the previous address continues to work. During the transition, sign-in emails still come from login@balancedlifeapp.co.uk. We will never ask you to send us your code. If you cannot access your email account, contact support; recovery requires identity checks and is not guaranteed.

Missing entries or connection trouble

Keep the app installed and retain any unsynced changes. Do not clear app storage or delete and reinstall it to troubleshoot a missing save. Reconnect and follow any recovery message shown in the app. If a recovery screen offers an export, keep the file securely; it can contain personal information. Contact support before choosing to replace an unsynced draft.

Report a problem or suggest an improvement

Open Profile → Account & support in the app. If a report reference is shown, include it when contacting us. If you cannot open the app, email the address above.

Delete your account

Open Profile → Account & support → Delete account and confirm. This permanently removes your account and associated entries from the live app database. It does not remove files you exported or wipe another disconnected device. Provider recovery copies and separate correspondence are explained in our privacy policy. Contact us if you cannot access the deletion option.
